Shipping address

With a globalized warehousing and distribution channel, we will deliver your order through the nearest available stock. Our inventory is stored in:

North America: USA, Canada

Europe: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland

Asia: Japan, China, Singapore, UAE

Oceania: Australia

Delivery time

If your order is shipped from your country, it usually arrives in 3 to 5 days. If the warehouse in your country is out of stock, we need to ship from abroad, which usually takes 10~20 days to deliver.

Order process and dispatch

We usually ship items within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

Shipping fee

To calculate shipping please go to the checkout page and add the details of your order and shipping address. On the bottom of the page click " calculate shipping ".  

We usually set up a shipping discount, which means free shipping after a certain amount of merchandise.

Customs duty

If there is not enough stock in your country, your purchase will need to be shipped from another country. But You do not need to pay any customs duty; we will cover it for you.

Ensure correct address

Please review and ensure you have the correct address. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been processed.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address. If your shipment is returned to us, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee).
