Standard Returns & Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return it within 30 days for credit, exchange or refund. Product should be in their original packaging and condition.

We will process your return, refund request within 48 hours. Refunds will be returned to your bank account via the original method of payment within 7-15 days of approval.

Returns & Exchange Authorization

Because we sell worldwide and ship worldwide, you should contact us by email support@hawks-work.com to get return authorization before return.

We will not refuse your return or exchange request as long as it is within 30 days of receipt.

We just need to confirm the reason and address with you in order to provide you with the most appropriate return solution.
